About
In the network news world, I'm given incredible resources to do my job at the highest level each day.
But there's a catch: Failure is never an option.
That means whatever the obstacles — remote locations, unpredictable timelines or even a freak weather event — it's my job to ensure we make air with latest, most accurate information packaged into a compelling story. And that story needs to run circles around our competitors.
As a 15-year veteran of the news industry, I'm proud to say I've done all that and more.
When I was launched on a last-minute assignment to cover the aftermath of hurricane Matthew in Haiti, not even a cholera outbreak and a lack of cell service could stop us from getting the story ready for air on Nightly News and Today Show.
And throughout the 2020 election — from the earliest primary events in Iowa to the exhaustive ballot-counting process in North Carolina — I was leading a team on the ground and coordinating with editors, senior producers and correspondents across the country to bring the latest developments to our viewers in a way that was compelling and easy to understand.
While there probably aren’t as many hurricanes — at least not literal ones — in the architecture, engineering, environmental and construction services industry, I feel confident that my experience as a strong communicator, leader and storyteller will translate beautifully to the work your company does each day.
I’ve been trusted to write and pitch for some of our network’s most recognizable and beloved faces, and I’ve represented NBC News and other high-visibility newsrooms for more than a decade while interfacing with the most powerful and image-sensitive CEOs, politicians and public figures in America.
So if you need a trusted leader who can implement powerful communications plans with an eye toward your company’s most cherished cultural values and business objectives, I would love to be a part of your team.
